Samsung Brand Stores
Developed “turn key” solution for over 100 Samsung franchise brand stores covering 25% of all shopping malls in Brazil. This turn key solution included shop design based on Winning in Store Principles (WISP), construction, lighting, furniture, anti-theft devices and activation of product displays (supplying brand content to all mobile products). Also providing launch events, PR, staff training, and maintenance services to franchisers.
Coca Cola 2020
Developed a framework for new technologies and consumer behaviours. These future trends were mapped onto a business model to determine the size of the opportunity versus investments required by the organisation for each identified trend. This mapping was used as part of the 5 year planning process. Creative concepts were also developed for the best ideas to demonstrate how they could manifest themselves in real life.
Sustainable Living Project
A project jointly developed by Walmart & Unilever which included specific ideas & content on how to protect the planet by changing behaviours when using Unilever products. Created specific in-store furniture and promotions to highlight the project in Latin America.
